Coach Nino has a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion in soccer. From a young age, he was individually trained by an ex-professional soccer player, professional track-and-field coaches, and an American-football coach. Being trained in a variety of sports improved his athleticism in order to excel on the field. This led to his professional playing career in both Canada and Europe. He started making his way through the Canadian rankings, from rep soccer to the provincial team, to being called up for the Canadian Youth National Team. He then made his way to France where he played with Stade Rennais youth academy for two years. His career was cut short after experiencing a torn ACL. He then returned to Canada to recover and play for the Canadian Soccer league, winning the 2019 / 2020 championship with Scarborough SC.
Coach Nino’s passion for soccer has led him to the next chapter in his soccer career. His desire is to train up the next generation of talent with the same quality of well-rounded training he received as a youth. He believes that with the right training and guidance any player can pursue their dreams of being a professional soccer player.
